You and Your Knees
Your knees are always under pressure. Walking, standing, running and recreational activities such as biking or skating all rely on your knees. It is no wonder that we frequently experience knee pains. Since these joints are heavily used (both in terms of frequency and the weight applied), we must do our best to relieve the pressure in order to ensure that we don't experience additional knee or related joint pains. It is often said that your knees are first to go as you age.
